Mrs. Sarah Jane (Mellott) NAUGLE, of Newburg died January 25, 1943, at five o'clock in the morning, at her home, death being caused by a cerebral hemorrhage.  She was the daughter of Levine MELLOTT and Mary (Clevinger) MELLOTT and had been twice married---to James CORBIN and to Daniel H. NAUGLE, both of whom are deceased.  She was a member of the Methodist church.  Survivors include three sons: James CORBIN, Broadtop R.D.; Matthew CORBIN, Baden; and Calvin NAUGLE, Broadtop R.D.; also a brother and sister: Scott MELLOTT, Everett, and Mrs. J.T. SHEETERS, Everett.  Funeral services will be held at the Methodist Church at Center, Fulton county, Wednesday afternoon at 2:30, in charge of the Rev. Jesse Veach.  Burial will be in Center Cemetery, by Huff's Funeral Service.
There is no James CORBIN living with Sarah in the 1900 census, so either the census is in error or the obit is in error.
