George CORBIN I
Ms. __?__
Grace SAVAGE?
NOTICE:  Two descendants of our subject have been tested for the CORBIN Y-DNA Surname Project.  They match each other, but they do not match any other CORBIN line so far tested.  George is alleged to be a descendant of the CORBINs of Hall End, Warwickshire, England, but DNA testing disproves this connection as well.
WARNING:  There are anomalies on this page that make it suspect, and in looking at the evidence others are using to support the relationships here, I'm not encouraged that this page doesn't contain major errors.

p. 3 Comments by DGM:  Meigs here speculates that the CORBINs who settled on the "Eastern Shore" (of Chesapeake Bay, in VA and MD) may have been related to Henry, but DNA testing has now shown they are not.  One wishes the speculation had never been entertained because it may have contributed to this bogus connection being accepted.
