It's probable that "Arrilla" grew out of "Aurelia."  Most secondary sources show her as "Arrellar."

4.  1850 Census Every-Name-Index/Images (online at Ancestry.com, Image #198 of 235):  Sixty-Eighth District, Wythe Co., VA, Roll M432_982, p. 322B, 1368/1368, enumerated 21 Sep 1850, official enumeration date 1 Jun 1850 (extracted by Diana Gale Matthiesen):¤•

Elizabeth   " 13 F       "
Nancy       " 13 F       "
Stephen     " 11 M       "
Sarah       "  9 F       "
Although Arrilla's name is hard to decipher, I do come down on the side of Arrilla, not Arriller.

6.  1860 Census Every-Name-Index/Images (online at Ancestry.com, Image #72 of 222):  Sixty-Eighth District, Wythe Co., VA, Roll M653_1385, p. 821, PN 99, 747/657, enumerated 27 Jun 1860, official enumeration date 1 Jun 1860 (extracted by Diana Gale Matthiesen):¤•

Arrilla      " 50 F         do
Martha       " 26 F   None     do
James        " 23 M   Laborer     do
Nancy        " 20 F   None     do
Sarah        " 17 F   "     do
Charles Carico  3 M         do
Arrilla's name is clearly "Arrilla."  Arrilla is too old to be Charles's mother, so presumably he is their grandson, very possibly an illegitimate son of one of their unmarried daughters.
