Please Note:  some secondary sources have Susan BOYLE married to a different Reason CARRICO, but I think it makes much more sense that she married this one.  Among other things, this Reason left her a widow, while the other one out-lived her.  If she had been married to the other one, she could only have married Jeremiah if they had divorced.

Why did Susan revert to her maiden name?  Was her marriage to Reason annulled?
