Indexed as being in "Stebenville," but looking at the page images, that is clearly incorrect.  The only other CARRICO in (West) Virginia is James's brother, Joseph CARRICO, in Preston County.  At the time the census was enumerated, Randolph County was adjacent to Preston County.
