 I'll be the first to agree that Death Certificates are notoriously unreliable, but this may be one of the worst:
•  The middle initial of the deceased is wrong — she typically used middle initial, "R," though "B" could stand for her maiden name.
•  The surname of the Father is wrong — it should be BROWN.
•  The maiden name of the Mother as shown is the maiden name of the deceased.
