 I'll be the first to agree that Death Certificates are notoriously unreliable, but this may be one of the worst:
  The middle initial of the deceased is wrong she typically used middle initial, "R," though "B" could stand for her maiden name.
  The surname of the Father is wrong it should be BROWN.
  The maiden name of the Mother as shown is the maiden name of the deceased.
