These data indicate:

1 male 9 or under 1810-1820 = ?
1 male 26-44 1775-1794 = Joseph (b. 1773)
2 females 9 or under 1810-1820 = ?

1 female 26-44 1775-1794 = Catharine (b. 1777)
1 persons engaged in agriculture
It's very hard to turn this household into our subjects, even if we grant that Joseph is accidentally in the wrong age class.  Son Jacob (b. 1800) didn't marry until 1821, so we'd expect him to be in the household, and there's no sign of the three younger children in the next census.  On the other hand, Joseph is the only CUPP in Rush Creek Twp. in 1820 and 1830.

Joseph's son, Jacob, was listed just two lines above Joseph, but Jacob is missing from the index.
