I have no explanation why the property valuations are on Ida's row.  Also, Columns 16 and 17 indicate a person cannot read or write.  How can a broker not read or write?  Most of the persons on the page have these two columns checked, so I suspect the enumerator misunderstood how to use them.

2b.  1870 Census Index/Images (online at Genealogy.com, Image #9 of 120):  19th St. (West Side), Philadelphia, Philadelphia Co., PA, p. 317A, PN 9, 30/__, enumerated 16 Nov 1870, official enumeration date 1 Jun 1870 (extracted by Diana Gale Matthiesen):

I have no explantion why this area of town was enumerated twice, but it was; however, this time, the enumerator took only name, age, and gender, filling in no other columns.

"S. Tell" for "Estelle"?!  That's a good one.  But she's female, of course.
