Because Rev. Douglas was, for 27 years, pastor of the Dover Church in St. James Northam [not "Northern"] Parish, Goochland Co., VA, it is usually assumed that all entries in the "Douglas Register" are of that parish.  They are not.  Rev. Douglas left the Dover Church in 1777 and moved to Louisa Co., VA; therefore, Tyree & Olney of Louisa Co. were almost certainly married in Louisa Co., as indicated.
