This Indenture made the eighth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and nineteen between Andrew Straub & Barbara Straub his wife of the township of Greenwood in the County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania of the one part and Peter Straub of the township County & state aforesaid of the other part.

Witnesseth that the said Andrew Straub for and in consideration of the sum of one thousand eight fundred and thirty three dollars and thirty three cents lawfull money of the United States of America to him in hand paid by the said Peter Straub at or before the ensealing or delivery hereof the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged he the said Andrew Straub hath granted bargained and sold and by these presents doth grant bargain and sell unto the said Peter Straub his heirs and assigns all these messuage and tracts of land lying and being in Greenwood township Mifflin County being parts of a tract of land possessed by Edward Quin which said Quin conveyed unto Samuel Reed deceased said land being bounded by lands of McConnels & Magahays & Leonard Pfouts then said lands conveyed by Samuel Reed, William Reed, David Reed and Agness Reed unto the said Andrew Straub on the second day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred referance thereunto will more fully appear and whereas the said Andrew Stroub hath granted bargained and sold and by these presents doth grant bargain and sell unto the said Peter Stroub his heirs and assigns all these messuages and tracts of land as herein after described...

begining at a post Seventy three west one hundred and eighteen perches to a post south sixty two west ninety eight perches to a post south thirty five west thirty six perches to a post north eighty seven west twenty perches to stones south twelve east sixty perches to a pine South sixteen west forty one perches to a post North fifty eight east sixteen perches to a white Oak west Sixty five east fifty three perches to a post north sixty one east one hundred and fifty eight perches to a white Oak west fifteen east forty seven perches to a maple North sixty nine east ninety four perches to a post north three east forty eight perches to a black Oak north seventy eight west eighty one perches to the place of begining.

Containing one hundred and fifty five acres and eighty eight perches and allow [???] and Joseph Straub is have previledge to all times he needs the same drink water from Peter Stroubs Spring, Together with all and singular the buildings improvements trees underwood ways water courses profits advantages hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever to the said messuage above mentioned belonging or in any wise appurtaining and the revertion and revertions remainder and remainders rents issues and profits of the said premises and of every part and parcel thereof and all the estate right title Interest claim and demand whatsoever of him the said Andrew Straub and wife [??] and to the said messuage aforesaid and premises and every part thereof 

To have and hold the said messuage and all and singular other the premises above mentioned and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances unto the [?] Peter Stroub his heirs and assigns to the only proper use and behoof of the said Peter Straub his heirs and assigns for ever and the said Andrew Straub for himself and his his heirs the said messauage aforesaid and premises and every part thereof against him and his heirs and against all and
