Marriage Bond of Jacob STRAUB / STROUP & Betsy DILLINGER 25 Aug 1790, Lincoln Co., NC

Source:  The original bond is in the possession of the North Carolina State Archives in Raleigh, NC.  Scans were obtained by Michael Stroupe and generously shared by him.

Note that while the clerk spelled Jacob's surname, Stroup, Jacob signed the bond in German script and spelled it, Straub.
