Are Henry and Reuben really their sons?  Thirty years is an extraordinary span of fecundity for a woman (the usual maximum is 23 years).  It's possible they are grandsons, either orphans of a deceased son or the illegitimate children of an unwed daughter, claimed by her mother to save the daughter's reputation.

*In the 1820 Census, the third column is age class 16-18 and the fourth column is age class 16-25, which means any individual in column three is duplicated in column four.  So, for an accurate representation of the household, the number in column three should be subtracted from the number in column four. If, after the subtraction, any individuals remain in column four, then they have to be age 19-25, thus creating a "new," more precise age class.
Also in Sugarcreek Township: Christopher TRUBY [Sr.] (b. bef. 1775), Christopher TRUBY, Jr. (b. 1794-1801).

7.  1850 Census Every-Name-Index/Images (online at Ancestry.com, Image #13 of 20):  Perry Twp., Armstrong Co., PA, Roll M432_749, p. 7A, 86/86, enumerated 12 Oct 1850, official enumeration date 1 Jun 1850 (extracted by Diana Gale Matthiesen):
Jacob Truby Sr 77 M   Farmer 2000 Pa
Polly    " 70 F       "
Rheuben  " 23 M       "
I find it hard to believe that Polly had a son at the age of 46/47, but Reuben does appear to have been in the household since at least the age of 3.
