These data indicate:

= James (b. 1804-10)

1 female 26-44 1765-1784 = Temperance (b. 1767/8)
We know that William should be in Green Co., KY, in 1810 and that this is the only William Thompson household recorded in Green Co., KY, in 1810.  Either there is a lot about this family we don't understand, the census taker made several mistakes, or this is a different William Thompson and our subject was simply missed in the 1810 Census.

Is this William "Jr." or William "Sr."?  Does anyone know what the numbers mean?

1820 IL Greene Co. Covington Roll M33-12 p. 151 Ln. 15 William Thompson 020101-01001-0-100
These data indicate:
No. & Sex  Age Class Therefore Born Individuals Inferred
2 males 10-15 1804-1810 = Peter
= James
1 male 19-25* 1794-1801 = Samuel (b. ca. 1800)
1 male 45 or over in or bef. 1775 = William (b. 1766/7)
1 female 10-15 1804-1810 = Susan
1 female 45 or over in or bef. 1775 = Temperance (b. 1767/8)
*In the 1820 Census, the third column is age class 16-18 and the fourth column is age class 16-25; therefore, any individual in column three is duplicated in column four.  By subtracting the number in column three from the number in column four, you can create an age class "19-25."
Elizabeth, John, Polly, and Hannah are known to be married by 1820, that leaves Samuel, James, Peter, and Susan.
