Man, ordered that Finis Ewing, Joshua Cates and Peter Ferguson be appointed Commissioners who with the heirs of Charles Man deceased do make a deed of conveyance of fifty acres of land in Lincoln County, Kentucky on the waters of Dicks River to Stephen Turner in compliance with an obligation given by said Charles Man deceased to said Turner.
