William STORM
Ms. __?__
Husband:  William STORMS / STORM
Birth:  25 Mar 1815, IN or KY
Death:  4 Jun 1894, Laurel Co., KY
Disposition:  buried Locust Grove Cemetery, Laurel Co., KY
Occupation:  farmer
Father:  Rev. James STORM (1786-1863), b. in VA
Mother:  Sarah McHARGUE (1792-1865)

William's birthplace is given as Indiana in the 1850 census and Kentucky in the 1860 census.  William's father, James STORM, was in the 1840 and 1850 censuses of Laurel Co. and the 1830 census of Whitley Co.  He may be the James STORM in Monroe Co., IN, in 1820, and in Henry Co., KY, in 1810.  The 1790 and 1800 censuses of Virginia were destroyed.  So… William was born in IN or KY.

2.  1840 Census Index and Digital Images (online at Ancestry.com):  I can't find William as head-of-household, but his father and two brothers are living in Laurel Co., KY, and there is room for William and his son to be living with Jacob STORM(S).  William is apparently a widower at this point, so he would need to live with another family for help in caring for his toddler son.
