2.  Roy SPICKARD, b. Aug 1873/4, west of Spickard, Grundy Co., MO
3.  Sylvia SPICKARD, b. 1876; m. 1893?, Will LARCOM
4.  Maggie SPICKARD, b. 1877; d.s.p. 1879
5.  Charles G. SPICKARD, b. 1880
6.  Ella SPICKARD, b. 1886; d. 1911
7.  George Harrison "Harry?" SPICKARD, b. 17 Jun 1888; d. 1917; said to be "of Denver, CO," but he appears to have been buried in Grundy Co., MO

C.M. appears to have been born and died before John & Mary were married!  Most likely, the tombstone was mis-read, especially considering John's age.  He was only just old enough to marry in 1873, much less earlier.  The 1900 Census has Roy born Aug 1873, but his tombstone says 1874.

This tombstone reading has to be wrong.  John was barely old enough to get married in 1873, and he certainly was too young to have had an earlier wife.

Roy and his wife are buried here.  Could "Harry" be Roy's brother, George Harrison?  There are five SHINN tombstones in the cemetery.
