These data indicate:
No. & Sex  Age Class Therefore Born Individuals Inferred
1 male 9 or under 1810-1820 = George ECKERT (b. ca. 1818)
1 male 26-44 1775-1794 = Jacob REAM
1 male 45 or over in or bef. 1775 = father? father-in-law?
1 female 9 or under 1810-1820 = Daughter A
1 female 16-25 1794-1804 =
female 26-44 1775-1794 = Rebecca (b. 1788/9)
1 person engaged in agriculture
Rebecca appears to be fibbing about her age.  It also appears that Kitty (SHALLENBERGER) ECKERT's children are not living in the household, which jibes with the fact that other family members became their guardians (i.e., Jacob REAM apparently did not adopt Kitty's children).  Listed 14 lines from Jacob HINES.

4.  1830 Census Index/Images (online at Ancestry):  not found.  There are two Jacob REAMs in Fairfield Co., OH, one in Berne Twp. who is too old (æ 70-80) to be our subject and, more importantly, has no young children; and the other in Clear Creek Twp. who is much too young (æ 20-30) to be our subject.  Neither do I find Rebecca/Elizabeth.  It appears Jacob is deceased and our twice-widowed Elizabeth is living with kin (as she is in 1850), so she is not enumerated as head-of-household.  That Jacob is deceased is supported by the fact that Rebecca had no children after 1825/6.  Jacob HINE (æ 40-50) is living in Bern [Berne] Twp., Fairfield Co., OH (p. 137).

5.  1840 Census Index/Images (online at Ancestry.com):  Rebecca/Elizabeth not found; she is probably living with kin, as she is in 1850.

6.  1850 Census Every-Name-Index/Images (online at Ancestry.com, Image #58 of 64):  Bern [Berne] Twp., Fairfield Co., OH, Roll M432_677, p. 459B, enumerated 20 Sep 1850, official enumeration date 1 Jun 1850 (extracted by Diana Gale Matthiesen):
369 401 Ruble Lyda 42 M     4500 Ohio
    Ruble Rachael 17 F       Ohio
    Ruble Elizabeth 16 F       Ohio
Ruble William 15 M     Laborer Ohio
    Ruble Geo 13 M       Ohio
    Ruble Henry 12 M       Ohio
    Ruble Josiah 10 M       Ohio
    Ruble Lyda  7 F       Ohio
    Ream Elizabeth 61 F       Ohio
Elizabeth is living with Lydia (REAM) RUBLE, widowed mother of Rosanna RUBLE, who married Elizabeth's son, Jacob REAM, Jr..  A birth in Ohio in 1789 for Elizabeth is highly unlikely (Ohio didn't even become a state until 1803).  She was probably born in the U.S., but just not in OH.  Also living in Berne Township are Elizabeth's two sons, Oliver P. REAM (æ 28, b. OH) and his wife, Margarett (æ 29, b. OH), and Jacob REAM  (æ 24, b. OH) and his wife, Rose Ann (æ 19, b. OH).  Jacob HINE (æ 61, b. Germany) is living in Liberty Twp., Fairfield Co., OH (p. 161B), with his wife, Margaret (æ 35, b. PA) and three children.

7.  1860 Census Every-Name-Index/Images (online at Ancestry.com):  not found.  The fact that I find neither Elizabeth nor Jacob HINE (nor his wife, Margaret), suggests they married after 1850, but died before 1860.
