John LYON
Mary COVERT
Husband:  John LYON
Birth:  1 Jan 1745/6, German Valley [now Long Valley], Morris Co., NJ
Death:  2 Mar 1814, Hampshire Co., VA [now WV]

Secondary sources do not agree on the identity of our subject's parent.  I have no idea which, if any, is correct.

Marriage:
Wife:  Mary COVERT
Birth:  5 Jul 1747, NJ
Death apparently:  1810-20, Hampshire Co., VA [now WV]
Children — born in Morris Co., NJ:
Given Mary's age, there were probably earlier children, and Mary is just
young enough to be the mother of the young adults in the 1810 census,
so there were later children as well.
