William GREGG
Margaret ECHOLS
Sarah BOURNE
Husband:  William GREGG
Birth:  24 Sep 1800, PA
Death:  28 Nov 1865, near Burlington, Des Moines Co., IA
Father:  William GREGG (1766-1828)
Mother:  Sarah SMITH (1775-1859)
Marriage-1:  28 Mar 1822, Ohio Co., VA [now WV]
Wife-1:  Margaret "Peggy" ECHOLS
Birth:  17 Jan 1801, PA? or Ohio Co., VA [now WV]
Death:  20 Apr 1860, IA
Father almost certainlyAbraham T. ECHOLES
Mother almost certainlySarah STROOP

Ohio Co., WV, is on the state line with PA, so it's possible Margaret was born in PA, though I suspect it's enumerator error.  Abraham was the only ECHOLS living in Ohio County during this period old enough to have a daughter marry in 1822; his widow, Sarah (STROOP) ECHOLES, is living with them in the 1850 census and appears to be living with them in 1840.

Marriage-2:  7 May 1861, Des Moines Co., IA
Wife-2:  Sarah BOURNE
