I found the following at the Maryland State Archives:
Robert Green married Unity Corbin 25 Sept 1746 at St Johns.
The Maryland Gazette, Thursday, 15 April 1756, p. 153.
Last week BCo Assizes, John Wilmott was found guilty of manslaughter for killing Robert Green with a compass staff. The dispute arose over surveying land. Green left a wife and 6 small children, the eldest not yet 7 years.
Unity Green married James Wilkin 4 May 1758 at St Johns.
Unfortunately, the Maryland Archives has no record of this court case, no estate records for Robert Green, no baptisimal records for the children and no estate records for James or Susannah Wilkin.
