Sources:

1.  Marriage Record:  said to be married in Lancaster Co., PA, which seems doubtful given that Hiram's parents were in Huntingdon County by 1810.

2.  1820 Census Index/Images (online at Ancestry.com; Image #3 of 6; extracted by Diana Gale Matthiesen):
1820 PA Huntingdon Co. Henderson Twp. p. 68 Ln. 16 Hiram Grady 100010-10100-0-000
These data indicate:
No. & Sex  Age Class Therefore Born Individuals Inferred
1 male 9 or under 1810-1820 = William
1 male 26-44 1775-1794 = Hiram (b. 1792)
1 female 9 or under 1810-1820 = Mary Jane (b. 1820)
1 female 16-25 1794-1804 = Elizabeth (b. 1796/7)
Listed next to Hiram's father, William GRADY (Ln 17, 000001-00200-0-000).  William was in the 1810 census of Huntingdon Twp., Huntingdon Co., PA, so we can presume that Hiram was living there, too, with his parents, which makes me wonder if Hiram was actually married in Lancaster Co., PA.

3.  1830 Census Index/Images (online at Ancestry.com; Image #9 of 14; extracted by Diana Gale Matthiesen):
1830 PA Huntingdon Co. Henderson Twp. p. 135 Ln. 23 Hiram Grady 201 001 - 201 011
These data indicate:
No. & Sex  Age Class Therefore Born Individuals Inferred
2 males 4 or under 1825-1830
0 males 5-9 1820-25 = John (b. 1825)
= Joseph (b. 1822)
1 male 10-14 1815-1820 = William
1 male 30-39 1790-1800 = Hiram (b. 1792)
2 female 4 or under 1825-1830 = Lucinda (b. 1827/8)
= Daughter A
1 female 10-14 1815-1820 = Mary Jane (b. 1820)
1 female 20-29 1800-1810 = ?
1 female 30-39 1790-1800 = Elizabeth (b. 1796/7)
John and Joseph should have been in the 5-9 age class.  Note that it would have been unusual for them to have had four children in five years (two daughters and two sons), especially if they had had zero children the previous five years.  The female in her 20s is too old to be their daughter.  Listed next to Robert WRAY.

4.  1840 Census Index/Images (online at Ancestry.com; Image #5-6 of 20; extracted by Diana Gale Matthiesen):
1840 PA Huntingdon Co. Henderson Twp. pp. 205B-206A Ln. 7 Hiram Grady 100 210 100 - 121 100 100 0400000

1 female 15-19 1820-1825 = Daughter B? (b. 1825?)
= Daughter A? (b. 1820?)
1 female 40-49 1790-1800 = Elizabeth (b. 1796/7)
4 persons employed in agriculture
