Comments:

I can dream up only one scenario that will fit the scant data at hand:  Because Philip and Margaret were married in Sullivan Co. in 1825 and because Margaret died in Sullivan Co. in 1832, it would be reasonable to expect them to appear in the 1830 Census of Sullivan Co., but they do not.  There is no Philip Ferree in the entire state of Indiana, and the only Ferree in Sullivan Co. is Joel, who is almost certainly Philip's father (see Source 2).  They are definitely not living with Margaret's parents.  Are they perhaps living with Philip's parents?  Margaret and a daughter may be, but no male in the household could correspond to Philip.  Has Philip died?

Sources:

1a.  Census Index:  U.S. Selected Counties, 1830 (Broderbund CD-315):
1830 Moel Ferree IN Sullivan Co. p. 184
On the film, it is clearly Joel.  This must be a typo in data entry.

1b.  Family Quest Archives:  Indiana Federal Census 1830:  Fayette, Lawrence, Gibson, Sullivan, Boone, Vermillion, Hamilton, Rush, Martin, Madison, Allen, Pike, Decatur, St. Joseph, and Elkhart Counties.  Heritage Quest CD M19-26 (extracted by Diana Gale Matthiesen):
1830 IN Sullivan Co. p. 184 Joel Ferree 012 000 010 - 100 310 010
These data indicate:
No. & Sex  Age Class Therefore Born Individuals Inferred
1 male 5-9 1820-1825 = Joel's son
2 males 10-14 1815-1820 = Joel's son
= Joel's son
1 male 50-59 1770-1780 = Joel
1 female 4 or under 1825-1830 = Margaret's daughter?
3 females 15-19 1810-1815 = Joel's daughter
= Joel's daughter
= Joel's daughter
1 female 20-29 1800-1810 = Margaret?
1 female 50-59 1770-1780 = Joel's wife
