Newspaper article.
Accident in Lippencott.

"On Tuesday morning, Nelson Goslin, a coal digger, while at work in a coal bank, received injuries which are liable to prove fatal.  He was working on the roof of the mine, when the support gave way, almost crushing him beneath the mass of slate.  He was found a short time afterward unconscious, and he was taken to his home and a doctor summoned.  The latest reports are that he will not recover.  Mr. Goslin lived a mile and a half above Lippincotts, near his father in-law Samuel Montgomery.  Mr.Goslin is one of the best men in the neighborhood and his many friends hope for his speedy recovery."

Nelson later died of his injuries on August 31, 1895.
