The AF gives the location of the children's births as Monmouth Co., but if the father was born in Windsor and died in East Windsor, both of which were in Middlesex [now Mercer] Co., then it stands to reason the children were born in Middlesex [now Mercer] Co., not Monmouth Co., unless there is some documentation to prove otherwise.
