Some sources call her Tantha or Pantha, but as far as I know, there are no such given names.  In her marriage record, she was recorded as "Iantha," which is a real name, so it's far more likely her given name was actually Iantha (county clerks typically being a good deal more educated than your average census enumerator).  Iantha is an English variant of the Greek name, Ianthe a nymph in Greek mythology.  The name literally means, "violet flower," and is pronounced, ee-AN-thuh.  Given the awkwardness of it, it may have evolved into Antha, Tantha, and/or Pantha, but I would consider these nicknames.
