Born ca. 1760 in Charles Co., Md.  Served in the Rev. War from Charles Co., Md. Was a Pvt. in Capt. Cawood's Co., 26th Bn. and served with his uncle Samuel (#785) and his cousin Benjamin (#778).  "Rev. War Mil. List." p. 36.  Was administrator of his father's estate, and had cared for his mother in her later, incompetent years.  Closed the estate in 1795 and was living in Estill Co., Ky., at time of his death. Thomas Darnall and Rachel, his wife, deeded to Valentine Crawford for $800 123 acres, 3 roods, 20 poles, on the Kentucky River 18 March 1816.  Proven by the oath of William Daughetee, who was a witness with D. W. Bullock and John Hanson.  "Bk. B p. 128." Robt. P. Clark, Clerk.  His will was dated 7 October 1822 and was probated in December, 1822.
In the case of "Thomas Darnall and Rachel, his wife...," the authors seem to be confusing the subject with his son, Thomas Levy Darnall, who married Rachael Lawson.

The IT guys on the big iron hated the Personal Computer because it gave users freedom and power; now they've conned you into being back under their control.
