Normally, listing Catharine last would be intended to indicate Catharine was not Eliza's daughter, but given that there is no other CUPP family in the county to be Catharine's parents, I'm inclined to think Catharine's placement in the household is enumerator error and that Catharine is Eliza's daughter.
