[There is a scriptural name, Artemas, pronounced ar-TE-mas.]

2.  Liahona Research (Orem, UT), compilers.  1996.  Marriage Index:  Ohio, 1789-1850.  (Broderbund CD-400):
Corbin, Artimus Beers, Azulah May 3, 1827 Knox Co.
Corbin, Artemus Beers, Ruth Dec 17, 1829 Knox Co.
Could Azulah be a misreading of Azubah?  There is a scriptural name, Azubah, pronounced a-ZU-ba.

3.  Family Quest Archives:  Ohio Federal Census 1830:  Jackson, Jefferson, Knox, Lawrence, and Licking Counties.  Heritage Quest CD M19-134: (extracted by Diana Gale Matthiesen).
1830 OH Knox Co. Wayne Twp. Fredericktown p. 255A Artomas Corbin 010 001 - 000 010
These data indicate:
No. & Sex  Age Class Therefore Born Individuals Inferred
1 male 5-9 1820-1825 = Son
1 male 30-39 1790-1800 = Artemas (b. 1800)
1 female 20-29 1800-1810 = Ruth
Surely the son is in the wrong age-category.  Or did Artemas have an even earlier wife?  The list is roughly alphabetical, so no neighborhood reconstruction is possible, but see table for other residents of the township/county.

4.  Census Index:  U.S. Selected Counties, 1840 (Broderbund CD-316):  not found.

5.  Census Index:  U.S. Selected Counties, 1850 (Broderbund CD-317):  not found.
