These children are obviously from former marriages. As of 1810, Shadrach and Sarah had had no children since their marriage in 1806, so I think we can deduce that Sarah is beyond her reproductive years, which means that in 1810 they are probably well past 45 and more like 55 or over. The three children could be Shadrach's or Sarah's or a mixture of both. There is a Shadrach CHEEK (b. 1785/6, SC) who is the right age to be one of these sons.
