Robert & Eliza BROWN — Disambiguation
There are at least two different Robert BROWNs with an origin in New England in the early to mid-1800s who married women named Eliza.  These couples are being confused with one another, so this is my attempt to sort them out.  They are most confidently distinguished by which Eliza they married.  Please see their respective family group sheets for documention (linked below to the wife).

Disposition:  buried Smith Cemetery, Pelham, Hampshire Co., MA
Marriage:  13 Nov 1819, Belchertown, Hampshire Co., MA
Wife:  Eliza RANGER
Birth:  11 Jan 1801, Ewing(?), MA
Death:  27 Sep 1877, Belchertown, Hampshire Co., MA
Disposition:  buried Smith Cemetery, Pelham, Hampshire Co., MA
Parents:  Robert & Lydia Dewey (BROWN) BROWN
Children — born in Belchertown:  Charles Theodore, Caroline Frances, Lydia Maria, Lucy Ann, Mary Augusta, Lutheria Melissa
So far, this man does not appear to exist.  He appears to be a conglomeration of the other two.

Disposition:  buried East Bronson - Olena Cemetery, near Olena, Bronson Twp., Huron Co., OH
Marriage:  5 Mar 1826, New London Co., CT
Wife:  Eliza CHAPPELL
Birth:  16 Feb 1805, CT
Death:  22 Jan 1877, Huron Co., OH
Disposition:  buried East Bronson - Olena Cemetery, near Olena, Bronson Twp., Huron Co., OH
Parents:  Robert & Mary (BROWN) BROWN
Children:  Eliza L., Elias P., Henry Leander, George C., Maria, Fraser, Melissa, Charles, Hannah

Henry Leander is said to be born in Bridgeport, Fairfied Co., CT, but I can find no evidence for that birthplace.
