Wife-1:  Ms. __?__
Marriage-2:  27 Mar 1845, Christian Co., KY
Wife-1:  Nancy __?__
Birth:  1802/3, KY
Other Spouse:  m1. Mr. BRADLEY

Given her age, it's likely that this is a second marriage for her, as well as for Richard.

Marriage-3:  26 Dec 1854, Christian Co., KY
Wife-3:  Manervia / Manerva / Minerva MYRS / MYERS / MEYRS
Birth:  1 Nov 1822, Christian Co., KY

Disposition:  buried Riverside Cemetery, Hopkins Co., KY

Are these Richard's children from a former marriage, or are they Nancy's from a former marriage?

I cannot find a marriage for Richard in the 1820s, when we would have expected him to marry and when he would have had to have married to be the Richard D. BRADLEY in the 1830 census of Logan Co.  The Richard D. BRADLEY who married Colena BAKER (and is in the 1840/50 censuses of Johnson Co., MO) is Richard Dickey BRADLEY, the son of Richard Tompkins BRADLEY and Abadiah DICKEY (i.e., he is not our subject).

1830 Bradley, Thompkins KY Logan Co. Russellville p. 68
1830 Bradly, Richard KY Pulaski Co.   p. 31
These are the only Richard BRADLEYs indexed in Kentucky.  I don't believe any of them is our subject.  The Richard T. BRADLEY in Loganville is in his 60s and is listed two lines from his presumed son, Thompkins BRADLEY, who is in his 20s (m. Mary FUQUA on 5 Mar 1827 in Logan Co.).

These data indicate:
No., Race, Gender Age Class Therefore Born Individuals Inferred
2 white males 4 or under 1825-1830
1 white male 5-9 1820-1825
1 white male 30-39 1790-1800 = Richard (b. 1802)
1 white female 4 or under 1825-1830
1 white female 5-9 1820-1825
1 white female 20-29 1800-1810 = Wife-1
2 male slaves 9 or under 1820-1830 = ? ?
2 female slaves 9 or under 1820-1830 = ? ?
1 female slave 10-23 1806-1820 = ?
1 female slave 24-35 1794-11806 = ?
This may or may not be our subject; or perhaps his age is wrong in the 1850 Census — women weren't the only ones to lie about their age when seeking a second spouse.

Are Louisa and Catharine the children of Richard by a former marriage or of Nancy by a former marriage?

I would have pegged the MYERS children as Minerva's and MYERS as her married name, but other records show her as the daughter of David MYERS.  Or was she a MYERS who married a MYERS?
