Thomas Abner BLANDFORD
Elizabeth T. LILLY
Elizabeth ANDERSON
NOTE:  a file at the LDS IGI says our subject's middle name was "Alvin," not Abner, and says he had a first wife, Julia SPEAK [Julina SPEAKE] (1801-1835).  I wonder if two Thomas A. BLANDFORDs aren't being mixed up.
Husband:  Thomas Abner BLANDFORD
Birth:  1804/5, KY
Death:  aft. 1880
Occupation:  farmer
Marriage-1:  8 Oct 1832, Nelson Co., KY
Wife:  Elizabeth T. LILLY
Birth:  ca. 1813
Death:  1833-39
Marriage-2:  11 Oct 1839, Nelson Co., KY
Wife-2:  Elizabeth ANDERSON
Birth:  1811/2, KY
Death:  1870-80, Nelson Co., KY
Occupation:  homemaker
Children with Elizabeth LILLY:
Apparently none, unless they went to live with other kin (e.g., an aunt or grandparents) after Elizabeth's death.

Thomas Alvin Blandford
Birth: 1807; Place: Bullitt County, Kentucky
Father: Walter Blandford [1770-1835]; Mother: Mary Eleonor (sic) "Ellen" Craycroft [1767-aft1850]
Spouse: Julia Speak
Spouse: Elizabeth T Lilly
Spouse: Elizabeth Stevenson Anderson
It appears probable that two Thomas A. BLANDFORDs are being mixed up here:  one with middle name "Alvin" and wife, Julia SPEAK/SPEAKE/SPEKE; the other with middle name, Abner, and wives Elizabeth LILLY and Elizabeth ANDERSON.  So, are Walter & Ellen our subject's parents or the parents of a different Thomas BRADFORD?  UPDATE:  a file online at WorldConnect indicates "Julina SPEAKE" was born in 1801 and died in 1835 — after Thomas Abner married Elizabeth; it lists her husband as "Unknown BLANDFORD."
