Drury ADAMS
Nancy Ann __?__
Husband:  Drury ADAMS
Birth:  19 Oct 1760, VA
Death:  19 Sep 1825, Trigg Co., KY
Marriage:  10 Jun 1781
Wife:  Nancy Ann __?__
Birth:  19 Nov 1756

It's odd that she is older than Drury, but it's more odd to have a birthdate with no deathdate (not from a tombstone) or no parents (not from a family bible or baptism).

Children:
1.  Jesse ADAMS, b. 10 Jul 1785, VA; d. 20 Oct 1848, Cadiz, Trigg Co., KY; m. 20/30 May 1812, Christian Co., KY, Elizabeth COOPER (1796-1863)
2.  Nancy ADAMS, b. 1789; d.s.p. bef. 1798
3.  Westley ADAMS, b. 10/20 Aug 1791, VA?
4.  Mary "Polly' ADAMS, b. 19 Jun 1793; m. 1813, John HUGHES
5.  Joshua ADAMS, b. 2 Dec 1796; m. 1824, Cynthia SANDERS
6.  Nancy ADAMS, b. 11 May 1798
7.  Elizabeth "Betsy" ADAMS, b. 1799, SC; m. Jul 1816, Christian Co., KY, James VAUGHN

The earlier Nancy may not have existed (i.e., someone made a typo in her birthdate), but if she did exist, then she must have died before the second Nancy was born.

1785 is much too early for anyone to be living in what would become Trigg Co., but at least the item tells us where they were probably found later on.
