For an explanation of what the colors mean, please see my page on "Signature Markers."  In a nutshell, the columns of yellow table cells, which indicate shared differences from the R-312 modal haplotype, are the family's signature markers.  They have enough of these to believe this is one family with a common ancestor in genealogical time.
The green table cells are private mutations, acquired downstream of their common ancestor.  In that regard, while it may appear that the father and son (#289639 and #45013, respectively) have a GD of of 4, in fact, two of these markers (DYS459b and DYS464c) represent a single recLOH event.  That still leaves them with a GD of 2, which is uncommon for a father and son, but not unknown.
The purple table cells appear to be branch markers, representing a mutation in or upstream of the father, but downstream of the common ancestor.
Lastly, it's a little lame to be using three individuals to compile a modal haplotype for the family, expecially when two of the individuals are father and son (which skews the modal).  Hopefully, more cousins can be tested to clarify which values are actually model for the family because we have at least three markers where it's uncertain:  DYS534 in Panel 4 and in Panel 5, DYS710 and DYS485.

What constitutes a match?
Matches in other surnames are usually mere coincidence, so please ignore them — I'll let you know when you shouldn't!
For 12 markers: 9 or less is a non-relative; for 10-12 markers, please see this table compiled by FTDNA.
For 25 markers: 21 or less is a non-relative; for 22-25 markers,
For 37 markers: 31 or less is a non-relative; for 32-37 markers,
For 67 markers: 59 or less is a non-relative; for 60-67 markers,
For 111 markers: 100 or less is a non-relative; for 101-111 markers,
For any test:  0 matching markers, please contact NASA.
