The following child is said to be Reuben & Angeline's son, but all evidence indicates otherwise:

George Wilson FOUGHT is in the 1860, 1870, and 1880 censuses with Angeline's sister and her husband, Simon & Sarah (WISSINGER) FOUGHT, where he is surnamed FOUGHT, not UPDEGRAFF.  In the 1880 census, his relationship to widow Sarah (WISSINGER) FOUGHT is given as "son" — not "nephew" or "step-son."  Also in the 1880 census, George's parents' birthplaces are given as PA and MD.  Reuben & Angeline were both born in OH; it was Simon & Sarah who were born in PA and MD.

The son's given name looks like Vanleun or Vanlean, though it might be Vanlenn or Vanlear.  This was our best shot at finding out their son's given name, so it's too bad this enumerator had such wretched handwriting.  Their household is listed 13 entries from Josiah CORBIN, Sarah's brother, who is listed 10 households from their father, William CORBIN.
