Box 368, Logan, UT 84323-0368; republished 1998 as Broderbund CD-13, Disk #1).  Gives William's birthplace as Houtzdale, Clearfield Co., PA, but William's parents were in the 1870 and 1880 censuses of Juniata Co., PA.  Says William's middle name is Hostetler.
