This census-taker has everyone from Line 13 down to the bottom of the page "dittoed" as being born in Ireland.  I don't believe for a minute that families named STROUP and YODER in PA in 1850 were born in Ireland.  I think the census-taker was in the habit of putting dittos for PA (which fill most pages) and simply overlooked returning to "Pa" after the HARKINS, HAGERTY, and McBRIDE families, which were quite believably from Ireland.
