| George STROUPE
Maria Elisabetha EDELMANN Catharine __?__ |
| WARNING: Secondary sources say the Elisabeth ATTLEMAN who married George STROUP was the daughter of Johann Peter EDELMANN & Maria Elisabetha HECKMEN, but their daughter was baptized in 1758. I just don't buy that George's wife was that much older than he was, nor do I buy that she married first at age 35+ — not impossible, but extremely unusual, and unusual claims require substantial proof. |
