Can this marriage year be correct? Surely this is a typo and they were married in 1725, not 1726. As far as I know, their son, Joseph, could not have been baptized a STRAUB in the Catholic Church unless his parents were married.

Joseph, Agatha, Leonard, and Eve are typically English spellings of the German names, Josef, Agathe, Leonhard, and Eva, respectively. So, did the transcriber commit the cardinal sin of translating the names, instead of copying them verbatim? Latin spellings, such as Josephus (for Joseph), Laurentius (for Lorenz), and Francisca (for Franziska) are not uncommon among Catholic Germans because the Priests making the entries knew Latin, but the English spellings are harder to rationalize.
