It's a little difficult to know what to make of their father being named as John SIAS.  The implication is that John is Mary's second husband and that he adopted the boys.  But the LDS AF says Nathaniel RANDALL didn't die until 1814, so a second marriage seems unlikely.  Then again, the AF also said Nathaniel and Mary were married in 1814, so we've got a certain error right there.  There are other connections between SIAS and HUCKINS and CHESLEY, so some kind of connection here is not unlikely.  My guess is that the death date of Nathaniel is wrong and that John SIAS is Mary RUNNELLS's second husband.  But then the question arises:  who is this John SIAS?
