I've interpreted this record as best I can, but I may not have gotten it right.  George EASTERDAY appears to be Mary's nephew.   Mary A.R. appears to be A.C.H.'s wife and the babe, John, their son.  The property value's held by Mary and her children appear to be inheritances from their late father.  No clue how Hulda fits in, though she could just be hired help.  I can't figure why Thomas SEARS isn't listed last, except possibly that the enumerator put age before relationship.
