*I've yet to find a source for Joseph's birth.  The location appears to be a deduction based on the fact that he was married in Andover, and his birthdate appears to be a deduction based on the fact that he was married in 1671.  But all we really know of Joseph is that he must have been born before about 1655, wherever...

Some sources have John and Judith born in Boston, which is impossible.  The first boatload of settlers to Massachusetts didn't arrive until the Mayflower in 1620.  The Great Migration didn't begin until 1630, and it's most likely John and Judith made the crossing some time in the 1630s or 40s.
