William M. LAMB
Catharine CUPP
Husband:  William M. LAMB
Birth:  28 Apr 1794, Staunton, Augusta Co., VA
Death:  22 Dec 1876, Pleasant Twp., Fairfield Co., OH
Occupation:  farmer
Father:  John Peter LAMB
Mother:  Catherine "Dutch Granny" KIPLINGER
Marriage:  15 Jun 1815, Fairfield Co., OH
Wife:  Catharine "Kitty" CUPP
Birth:  22 Dec 1794, Augusta Co., VA
Death:  1887
Occupation:  homemaker
Father:  Valentine CUPP
Mother:  Mary FAHL

The LDS Ancestral File calls her, "Hettie Catharine," but are they just mis-reading "Kittie"?  Or am I mistaken in thinking "Hetty" is a mis-reading of "Kitty"?  Hettie is the nickname for Hester, and that's not a typically German name — and these were Germans.
