Some sources give Frederick & Elizabeth a marriage date of 10 Mar 1822, but that date is the marriage date of Elizabeth's sister, Susanna.  Given the number of children Frederick & Elizabeth had by 1820, it's probable they were married not long after 1810; and given that both were known to be in Clermont County by 1810, they were most likely married in Clermont Co.

2.  Census Index:  U.S. Selected Counties, 1810 (Broderbund CD-313):  not found, but the 1810 Ohio census was destroyed (except for Washington Co.), though tax lists are substituted for some counties on this CD.  In any case, they probably weren't married by 1810.  However, Frederick's father, John DOUGHMAN, was on the 1810 Tax List in Clermont County as was Elizabeth's father, Jacob STROUP, so both Frederick and Elizabeth were in Clermont Co., OH, by 1810.
