3.  Indenture, 1762, in which William Davis buys out his siblings' interest in real estate bequeathed to them by their parents.  No mention is made of Evan, which means he must have died some time between the birth of his son in 1756 and this settlement in 1762.  However, neither is there mention of Evan's widow or his son Samuel, who were legal heirs.
