"GLITTEN" is almost certainly the clerk's mis-hearing of "GLICKEN," the feminized version of GLICK (n.b., there are no GLITTENs/GLETTENs or anything similar in the 1850 census of Pickaway Co., OH, but there are many GLICKs).

Henry and Sarah are Levi's parents.  Levi was born in OH, not PA (his parents were married in OH in 1820).  Harriet is Levi's sister, recently married and back home for some reason.  Joseph appears to be Levi's son from his second marriage.
