WARNING: there is very poor correspondence between our subject's list of children in the 1850 census and the one in the 1860 census, for which I see no obviously explanation beyond gross enumerator error and/or adoptions. More evidence is needed to determine exactly who were their biological children.

Although no paper connection has been made, Moses is genetically related to Edward CORBIN of Beaufort Dist. [now Hampton Co.], SC.

Listed three households from son, John CORBIN (æ 18, b. FL), who is living with the HARVY family. Also in Lafayette County, son James CORBIN (æ 21, b. FL) is living with the LACKLIER family, and son William CORBIN (æ 20, b. FL; wife Arletta A.) who is married with two children. These CORBINs constitute all the CORBINs/etc. indexed in Florida in 1860.
