It is implausible that one woman had five children in five years (1825-30), then none at all for five years (1830-35).  The most likely explanation is that the enumerator erred by inadvertently placing the children born in 1830-35 in the 1825-30 age class.  Therefore, in the above list of children, I'm lumping them into an extended age class, 1825-35.  Five children in ten years is exactly what one would expect.  Other explanations are possible, of course, including that not all the children are hers.
