The Columns used in Prince William were non-standard for 1820: the age-ranges
for the males were the same as those for the females (columns headed 10,
16, 26, 45, 45+ for both genders). Eight children in ten years?!
Other CARRICOs in the county: Barton

No son born 1815-30 was with them in the 1830 census. It appears
William has a new wife, which would almost have to be the case because
his first wife is getting to be too old to bear children.

The enumerator appears to have done a straight listing of the CARRICO family
members. We know from county birth records that William and Naomi
are husband and wife; I'm assuming she's the wife of the younger William.
Sarah J. is their daughter.

Naoma is the widow of William III; Sarah J., Mary C., William C., and Julia
A. are her children. Mary E., William F., Mildred F., and Robert
L. are the children of the elder Robert L. CARRICO, who has remarried after
the death of this first wife. Listed next to Harrison CARICO.
