Either this record is way off or the 1850 census is way off because, given the discrepancies, I would normally declare the two records not to be the same family. But there are only five George CRIDERs in the entire United States census and only one in Georgia (n.b., I did a page-by-page check of Cherokee County just in case he had been missed by the indexer, but did not find him).
